Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of Redline, the inference API and website operated by Exla ("Exla", "we", "us") at redline.invariantmachines.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Redline provides API access to open-weight AI models hosted by Exla. Models are licensed by their respective authors; your use of model outputs is also subject to each model's license.

2. Your data

You retain all rights to your inputs and outputs. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not retain prompts or completions and do not train on them.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate child sexual abuse material, develop malware or attack systems, or to interfere with or overload the Service. We may suspend access for violations.

4. Fees

Usage is billed per token at the prices published on the Models page, or as billed by OpenRouter when accessed through OpenRouter. Prices may change with notice on that page.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without a guaranteed service level unless agreed in writing. Status is published at status.redline.invariantmachines.com.

6. Disclaimers

The Service and model outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs can be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exla's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
